Bonus Trades! $_$

Yosh!

With my current financial condition (cash in hand and bank), I can stop trading temporarily for 2 weeks, and possibly 3 weeks! Why? Because I set my own target when trading and I have reached it. But still, I won't stop, instead I still trading, but with the lowest risk possible to get my bonus $_$

Some might ask, why not trade properly, and get a lot of bonus?

Short answer: I have enough

Long answer: While some people might have the dream of becoming a millionaire by trading in forex, I set that aside. I focus on my needs.

Being a (law) student, I don't have many commitments (no spouse(s), no kids, no home and car loans, credit cards, etc). So my expenses is low (around RM 300 - RM 500 a week), and what I want is just have enough to cover all that :)

And that is the main focus.

When I need something, I make sure I have the cash, and I spend. If I need to increase my expenses, I'll increase it. What is the point have RM 1 million in cash? Do you want to put it in your will for inheritance? I know some might say, "I want that much money because I want to buy anything I want" - hello~ do you want to buy all at once? Jot down your shopping list, and buy it one by one. Life is short, but it does not stop at 40.

By doing so actually it will effect your trading psychology. I might not have RM 1 million in cash, but probably I have stuff and things with RM 1 million in value. And I enjoy every single cent I spent.

Having a huge target profit, let say RM 1 million actually will make you become greedy. You will tend to overtrade, which will expose your money to more risk. You also will tend to change your target profit, i.e. from 10 pips to 15, 20 pips to 50 pips, which also, expose your money to more risk.

But still, like I said before, I won't stop trading. I just trade in small lots, small targets (except few positions) and I consider it as a bonus. So after 2 weeks, I will go back to my weekly target, and by virtue of the bonus, instead of targeting, let say, RM 300, I maybe only need to get RM 100.

And that reduce my stress when trading - less stress, less mistakes, less losses, more income (by the way I made perfect trades in July so far).

That's all I can share with you guys today. Thank you for visiting :)

Weekly Wrap o.O

Yosh!

Information below was copy-and-pasted from here:

The US dollar strengthened against the Japanese yen on Friday, helped by stronger than expected economic data. A rebound from a 28-year low in consumer sentiment, better-than-expected durable goods data, and a modest jump in existing home sales last month gave a boost to the greenback. A drop in crude oil prices to its lowest level since early June to ~$123 per barrel also helped to lift the US dollar.

  • The dollar index hit an intraday high of 72.93 on Friday, slightly below its highest level since early July, up 0.93% for the week.
  • The euro hit an intraday low of $1.5630 versus the greenback on Thursday, falling to its lowest level since July 7, after German business sentiment data showed its biggest drop since September 2001, according to Thompson Reuters. Friday afternoon, the euro traded at $1.5693 per euro, from $1.5672 late Thursday.
  • The pound sterling fell 0.44% for the week against the US dollar, as some economists expect the Bank of England to leave interest rates unchanged at 5%, following a second-quarter GDP report which came in slightly below expectations at 0.2%, from an estimated 0.3%. The pound sterling traded at $1.9905 per pound on Friday, from $1.9862 late Thursday.
  • Against the yen, the US dollar strengthened 0.54% on Friday to 107.88 yen, from 106.72 late Thursday, while the dollar traded at 1.0367 Swiss francs, from 1.0365 late Thursday, up 1.38% for the week.
  • Highlights: Russia - The Russian ruble has appreciated 4.80% year-to-date versus the US dollar. As inflationary pressure grows in Russia, interest rates have advanced this year from 10% in January to 11% in June. Russia's inflation rate has steadily increased from 12.60% in January to 15.10% in June, according to Trading Economics data.

Closed Trades on Thursday o.O

Yosh!

First, I will go to Johor Bahru this weekend for personal coaching.

Yeah, I can go to your place as long as you pay my traveling expenses - I will travel by train (I believe that express bus is riskier than train - the train moves on its rail by the way) at night and obviously I will choose any of the class that provide bed (KTM Berhad has few classes that provide bed). In short:

1. Pay my traveling expenses (train + food)
2. Provide the place (usually at home, I also can teach at public places like McD, etc, as long as it is comfortable)
3. At least 4 persons - the fee is flat rate RM 300 per head.
4. Available in cities/towns that have railway station only - check here.

Weekly Wrap and Closed Trades o.O

Yosh!

First thing first, closed trades:

Closed Trades:
GBP/USD sell @ 2.0040, closed @ 1.9940 (100 pips)

July Pips Count: 3410 pips

Second, weekly wrap, copy-and-pasted from here:

The US dollar was firm across the board on Friday, helped by a smaller-than-expected loss in earnings from Citigroup, the largest US bank, as well as positive earnings earlier in the week from Wells Fargo and JPMorgan. The dollar also benefited from a $16 drop in crude oil prices this week, following last week's record high.

  • Friday afternoon, the dollar index was at 72.19, up 0.12% for the week.
  • The euro hit an all-time high of $1.6036 versus the greenback on Tuesday ahead of Fed Chairman Bernanke semiannual monetary policy testimony. Chairman Bernanke reiterated that inflation is too high and that the Feds aim is to achieve price stability. On Friday, the euro traded at $1.5844 per euro, from $1.5861 late Thursday.
  • The US dollar appreciated 0.55% against the Japanese yen, trading at 106.78 yen per dollar on Friday, from 104.77 yen late Thursday. The yen has lost momentum versus the greenback as comments from the Bank of Japan suggest a greater emphasis on economic growth, which could limit efforts to offset inflation.
  • The pound sterling crossed the $2 mark on Tuesday, hitting an intraday high of $2.1049, or its highest level since March 27. The pound sterling traded at $1.9976 on Friday, from $2.0036 late Thursday. The sterling pound fell on Friday on speculative comments that the Bank of England was planning to modify its fiscal rules, possibly expanding borrowing measures.
  • Against the Swiss franc, the US dollar traded at 1.0219 francs, from 1.0192 francs late Thursday.

Note: This personal coaching does not include current technique, money management, risk management and strategy that I'm using right now.

The R & D

The current technique, money management, risk management and strategy that I'm using right now is still in the research level. The good thing is, I believe, it is in the last phase, that is for consistency and I have 5 months to go.

Let me share with you the cost:

Capital: $2000
Time and energy:
$5 x 12 hours x 5 days x 52 weeks = $15,600
$2.50 x 12 hours x 5 days x 52 weeks = $7,800

Total: $25400

The capital used was deposited in fractions, everytime the account was stopped out, fresh capital will be deposited. The amount also included the money I traded in people's accounts.

In my opinion, $5 per hour is dirt cheap since time is damn precious and is not recoverable. I multiply with 12 hours as that is the average time I used (and will be using) to monitor my trades and the market. $2.50 is when I do something else, but at the same time, my trades are floating in the market. And that amount actually include food, internet, and other expenses.

It started on November 2007, but I make it from January 2008 to January 2009 to make calculation easy.

I don't receive any grant, nobody sponsor me (I'll compensate the persons who allow me to trade their accounts), so don't expect that I will reveal anything at a cheap price even though sometimes accidentally I reveal part of it in my personal coaching.

But other than that, if you have any questions, maybe I will answer - still depending on my discretion and in what manner the questions were asked. I have experienced before, there were people asking me as if they are superior than me (that is the best way I can describe the manner they asked me questions). I just keep silent then :p

Any questions, feel free to contact me at flizzoe@yahoo.co.uk

That's all for the time being. Thank you for visiting.

Latest Update o.O

Yosh!

Earlier this week, on Sunday, I posted a trading idea that is to sell EUR/USD at 1.5800-1.5820. Here's the latest chart:

EUR/USD down 40 pips (when I'm writing this its already 70 pips). I'm going to hold this position longer.

That was a free signal from me.

For paid signal, it's different story. I have sent 4 signals, 2 have entered the market and 1 of them hit the target. The signal was AUD/USD sell @ 0.9650 with target profit 20-100 pips.

That's all for the time being. Thank you for visiting.
